Population-Level Analytics
Description of the project
Population-Level Analytics (PLAn) was developed to predict infectious disease outbreaks (COVID-19, RSV, Influenza) across the U.S., Canada, and Brazil at the county and state levels. This forecasting model was vital during the COVID-19 pandemic to mitigate shortages of medications and test kits by prioritizing deliveries to regions with anticipated infection surges. The prediction system expanded to multiple countries and diseases, providing short- and medium-term forecasts (14, 28, and 42 days). Results were presented in an interactive dashboard, helping healthcare organizations make data-driven decisions on resource allocation.

ROPRO
Description of the project
Real World Prognostic Score (ROPRO) is an advanced predictive model designed to improve risk assessment and predict overall survival (OS) in oncology. Traditional models like the Royal Marsden Hospital Score and Glasgow Prognostic Score are often limited by small sample sizes and few risk factors. ROPRO addresses these gaps with a robust, data-driven approach based on a large dataset of routinely collected clinical parameters. With improved survival predictions, it enables better therapy planning, patient stratification, and selection for clinical trials, reducing the risk of early mortality among participants.
