What you will do

-You support our tribes in taking care of our existing customers
-You handle the tenders of our customers, create offers and prepare calculations
-You analyse and evaluate our leads
-You manage and maintain the master data in our CRM system (Salesforce)
-You use our customer feedback to generate new ideas for future products or new features
-You collaborate closely with our tribes, the marketing department and the management and act as an interface

Who you are

-You own a commercial apprenticeship, a university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
-You have ideally gathered initial experience in sales and in dealing with CRM systems (Salesforce)
-You have a talent for communication and you impress with your way of expressing yourself in conversation as well as in writing (english/ german)
-You work independently, reliably and problem-solving oriented and the customer is your first priority
-You are proficient in MS Office
-You are a team player and you are highly motivated and passionate about creating tangible added value with us

What you will do

You define and design customer solutions and you are responsible for the further development of the IT architecture
-Together with our cross-functional, agile team, you elaborate the requirements of our customers and translate the customer needs into technical requirements
-You develop the system architecture, establish standards and guard rails and capture them in an enterprise modelling tool
-You are the mediator between our customers and the business department and you act as a connector between the product owner, the development team, the Dev-Ops colleagues and the Data Scientists/ Life Scientists
-You advise out customers and project teams on technical issues, take on the cross-department coordination of larger projects and ensure a smooth implementation
-You develop relevant KPIs to measure the success of the implemented features

Who you are

-You own a university degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
-You have gathered professional experience in the design of IT architectures and in working with agile methods in software development projects (SCRUM)
-You can grasp, evaluate, communicate and visualise complex system architectures
-You have an independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
-You convince with your communication and presentation skills and you have a talent for moderation
-You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
-You enjoy working in a young team to develop and professionalise our organisation
-You are highly motivated and passionate about creating tangible added value for our customers
