What you will do

• You lead the entire product and service development for our digital solutions
• In close collaboration with the Solution Architect and your cross-functional, self-organized agile team, you analyse and identify customer requirements and come up with new ideas for product features
• You act as a mediator between the customer and the specialist department of xValue and its Partners
• You will be responsible for the entire development process, from the inclusion of feature requests in the product roadmap, the maintenance and prioritisation of the backlog, the development of storylines, user stories and acceptance criteria up to the definition of sprint targets, writing of acceptance tests and planning of releases
• You track the progress of the team and identify problems during the sprints because the resolution of these problems is a key accountability
• You organise demos and develop a go-to-market strategy with suitable KPIs to measure the success of the delivered solution

Who you are

• You own a university degree in business informatics, computer science, IT management or a comparable qualification
• You have gathered professional experience as a product owner or product manager and you have a good knowledge in agile frameworks e.g. SCRUM and SAFe
• You have an affinity for technology and you can quickly grasp complex technical issues
• You have an independent, conceptual and analytical way of working and you never lose the focus on the customer
• You are customer- and problem-solving oriented, you have excellent communication skills and you are able to lead an international and agile team and coordinate its tasks
• You like to break new ground, you recognise relevant trends and you are a team player who loves to deliver on a common goal with a cross-functional team
• You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• You are highly motivated and passionate about creating tangible added value for our customers
