What you will do
-Development and enhancement of xValues Software Development portfolio
– Management and development of existing accounts
-Acquisition of new customers in the area of software development
-Target-oriented development of sales strategies
-Close cooperation with our nearshore center in Pristina
-Presentations and sales pitches
-Development and distribution of sales material for the sales force
-Bundling and coordinating xValue's sales competencies to find cross-functional digital solutions for our customers
Who you are
-You own a university degree in Business Administration or Science, or a comparable qualification
-Several years of relevant professional experience in sales of software and IT services
-You have impressive communications and presentation skills, as well as pronounced interpersonal skills in combination with strong negotiation skills
-You work customer-oriented and pursue a problem-solving approach
-You are a team player and open to share your knowledge with colleagues
-You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken and like to travel (within Europe)
-You are highly motivated and passionate about creating tangible added value for our customers
